Curriculum at SBCSICA incorporates a constructivist model of education and New York State Common Core Standards in a dual language program. Our approach emphasizes inquiry based teaching strategies that are rigorous and include higher order thinking and reflect the importance of educating the whole child inclusive of their emotional, social, physical and intellectual needs.
